Answer the survey on Finnish maritime work and leadership culture!

Based on a 2019 study, the LOBAS leadership training program was launched. Now, we want to assess the current state of leadership in the maritime industry.

In the survey, you will evaluate your current or most recent shipboard workplace and your experiences with leadership. Responses are anonymous.

The survey is conducted by Seafarers’ Pension Fund (MEK) in collaboration with the LOBAS steering group.

Participants will be entered into a draw to win a cruise voucher and other prizes.
